I hope you guys have had a fabulous week! Here are some of my faves for the week:
- Metro Diner: This place has been on my radar since it opened in Fayetteville at the end of last year. This chain that originated in Jacksonville, Florida been featured on Food Network’s Diner’s Drive-ins, and Dives. They serve breakfast ALL day, along with lunch and dinner. I’m obsessed with their breakfast and since its diner food they give you MORE than enough. My faves so far: Bissell Breakfast, The Nutty Belgian Waffle, and the Pound Cake French Toast. I’m not a grits person, but my dad and boyfriend are obsessed with the grits and they love them! I go there too much honestly. Check out the rest of the menu here.
Image by Adriana Hargrove @adrianajoyh - Venmeo: I have heard of people using payshare, but me and my sister just used it this Friday and its super convenient. Its perfect if you and our friends want to easily split the bill for delivery, or even if someone just needs to pay you back. They can do it with the click of a button. Both parties can download the app, their bank info, and pay each other as needed.
3. Miss Jessie’s Curly Meringue: If you’re a curly girl like me, your cabinet is full of different products! One of my friends (hey Chaunci!) gave me a jar of this and it changed my twistouts for life! It also really doesn’t make your hair shrink as much. For those who don’t know, shrinkage is a curly girls biggest enemy. It also leaves your hair soft no matter how much gel you happen to use (I have a heavy hand, lol). You can get it at Target for about $16. I know their products are bit pricey, but its worth it!
